Lindahl has been the legal advisor in connection to the sale of Gyros Protein Technologies to US Mesa Laboratories for SEK 1.7 billion.
Gyros Protein Technologies is a Uppsala based company that manufactures high-tech lab equipment for large-scale protein analysis. Together with some 40 other companies, Gyros Protein Technologies has been included in the Sixth AP Fund's portfolio and has there since been co-owned together with Ampersand Capital Partners and some additional persons.
Lindahl acted as advisor to the sellers at the transaction and the team consisted mainly of Michael Edquist (responsible partner), Erik Husdal, Disa Almqvist, Anna Romell Stenmark and Therese Norenäs.
