Lindahl has acted for VBG Group AB (publ) in its acquisition of BPW Group’s business concerning drawbar assemblies from BPW-Hungária Kft.
VBG Group is an international industrial group with more than 1,600 employees in 18 countries. VBG is listed on the Mid Cap list of Nasdaq Stockholm. Germany based BPW Group provides products and services for transports and logistics. BPW has an annual turnover of about EUR 1.5 bn and has more than 7,000 employees worldwide. The acquisition completes VBG’s offering of complete coupling systems on the European markets.
