Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to the majority shareholders of Additude AB with subsidiaries in the selling of the majority of the shares in Additude AB to the Dutch company ICT Group N.V.
Additude provides consultancy and headhunting services within the IT, industry and energy sector targeting managers and specialists within said sectors. Since its inception almost ten years ago, Additude has grown considerably and has now an annual turnover of around 160 million SEK and 160 employees.
ICT Group N.V. is listed at the Euronext Amsterdam and is, similar to Additude, engaged in the consultancy and headhunting business within the IT and industry sector. The company has its headquarters in Bahrendrecht, Netherlands with subsidiaries in Germany, Belgium and Bulgaria.
Additude AB and its trademark will remain and constitute the platform for ICT’s expansion in the Nordic countries. The acquisition is an opportunity for both Additude and ICT to learn and benefit from each other’s competencies and experiences. The former majority shareholders of Additude AB will maintain the management and development of the company.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Johan Herrström, Carl-Johan Krusell and Axel Strandborg.
