Lindahl assisted the seller in the sale of S. Lundström Golv Aktiebolag and Golv & Kakel Bernt Lövkvist Aktiebolag till SCP Area AB. The companies are active in the flooring and tiling industry and have a combined turnover of approximately MSEK 170 and 75 or so employees.
