Law firm Lindahl has assisted the founders and other owners of PCG Solutions AB in connection with Monterro’s acquisition of a majority stake in the company. PCG Solutions develops and offers a cloud management service for clinical trials on a global basis. The intention is now to continue expanding the company by further developing the product, strengthening the organisation and stepping up its international expansion.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Gunnar Mattsson, Gabriel Svedberg, Erika Svensson, Erik Husdal and Emelie Carmhagen Wernoff.
