Lindahl has assisted the investment company Brover Group in its acquisition of Calligraphen – one of the Nordic region’s leading e-retailers for products for parties and celebrations. Calligraphen is a Purveyor to the Royal Court of Sweden for printed matter and produced, among other things, the printed items for Crown Princess Victoria’s wedding. The company was founded in 1989 in Munkfors, Värmland, where it still has its head office, warehouse and printing works.
Brover Group invests in profitable companies with the potential to grow or expand, and thanks to its acquisition of Calligraphen is entering a new area in graphic e-commerce, sales to consumers, B2C.
