Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted for Cimco Marine AB (publ) in connection with Cimco Marine entering into a EUR 14 million credit facility agreement with the European Investment Bank.
As drawdown of loans under the agreement requires a waiver of certain terms for Cimco Marine’s listed corporate bonds, the company has in connection with signing the facility agreement initiated a written procedure to obtain the bondholders’ approval.
Cimco Marine produces the OXE Diesel, the worlds’ first commercially available diesel outboard within the higher power ranges. Cimco Marine is listed on Nasdaq First North.
