Lindahl has acted for Wangeskog Hyrcenter in its acquisition of all shares in HLL Hyreslandslaget Norra Norrland and HLL Hyreslandslaget Södra Norrland.
Through the acquisition Wangeskog Hyrcenter close to doubles its turnover and number of employees and becomes Sweden’s largest privately owned company within machine rentals, with operations throughout the country.
The acquisition is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority.
Lindahl’s team for Wangeskog has consisted of Mikael Mellberg, Alexandra Niemelä Ingvarsson, Josefin Andersson, Filip Malm and Ana Ferreira Rodriques.
