Sagax has decided to develop the company’s site, Stockholm Gjutmästaren 8, which is situated in the Ulvsunda industrial area of Bromma. When finished, it will provide 19 000 square metres of lettable space consisting of storage and commercial premises with adjoining offices and garages. The investment is estimated to be about SEK 400 million and is contingent upon requisite planning permits. Lindahl advised Sagax on the investment.
