China based Huachangda Intelligent Equipment Group Co Ltd (HCD) has signed an agreement to acquire a majority shareholding in Robot System Products in Scandinavia AB (RSP). The current owners of RSP will remain in the company to continue the development of a global leader within industrial automation and robotics solutions. RSP will keep the existed brands and operate independently.
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to RSP through Robert Asplund and Maria Campner.
