Lindahl advised Senzime in connection with its rights issue of 4,521,581 shares to the prize of SEK 24.4 million in total.
Senzime develops unique patient-oriented monitoring systems that make it possible to assess patients' biochemical and physiological processes before, during and after surgery.
Lindahl's team consisted of Mattias Prage, Michael Edquist and Emelie Carmhagen Wernoff.
