During the spring 2017, Miklagruppen (formerly Bavaria Nordic) acquired the car sales companies Lundqvist Bil and Burlin Motor, which are located in the Swedish cities of Norrtälje, Umeå, Skellefteå, Piteå and Luleå. Miklagruppen has grown to over six billion in sales, and the acquisitions are in line with the company's strong growth ambitions.
Lindahl assisted Miklagruppen in the two acquisitions and Lindahl’s team consisted of Mikael Smedeby (partner, Corporate Finance), Erika Svensson (Project Manager, Corporate Finance), Lovisa Lagerwall (Real Estate), Olov Jansson (Labour) and Sebastian Fahlgren and Emelie Carmhagen Wernoff (Corporate Finance).
