Advokatfirman Lindahl has assisted Eneqvist Marin och Industri AB's indirect sale of the office and warehouse property Malmö Benkammen 16 to Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB for an underlying property value of SEK 39,000,000. Access will take place on March 10, 2017. NAI Svefa was the seller's transaction adviser.
