Lindahl assists COWI in acquisition

Advokatfirman Lindahl has assisted the consultant company COWI AB with its acquisition of Projektbyrån Stockholm AB. Projektbyrån Stockholm AB specializes in project management services and numbers around 110 consultants in Stockholm and Uppsala.

Lindahl’s team in the transaction consisted of Thorbjörn Wennerholm (lead partner), Fredrik Heldqvist and Emma Almer.
