Söderbergföretagen J AB has acquired 91 percent of the shares in SEAB Intressenter Aktiebolag from Svante Landström AB.
SEAB is the largest distributor of car care products in the Nordic region and a leading supplier of car wash systems. The SEAB Group includes SEAB and Constant Clean in Sweden, Auto Care in Norway, and SEAB in Finland and Denmark. Söderbergföretagen J AB is a family-owned group of industrial and trading companies. The group includes Nordic Plastics Group, Elisolation, Henjo, Blinkfyrar, Provia, Blink Services and Focus Electronic.
Lindahl's team consisted of Johan Herrström (responsible partner), Annika Brandt (project manager), Sofia Smetana, Viktor Friberg, Simon Petersson and Emma Boeryd. Local representatives in the Nordic countries have been Wiersholm (Norway), Gorrissen Federspiel (Denmark) and Waselius & Wist (Finland).
