When the game company Starbreeze's share was transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm's main market Lindahl acted as legal advisor in connection with the listing. The assignment was conducted together with Carnegie, the financial advisor. The extensive and complex project has been ongoing since autumn 2016 and involved several experts within corporate finance and capital markets law at Lindahl.
Lindahl's team for Starbreeze consisted of Mattias Prage (responsible partner), Michael Edquist, Helena Lindbäck, Emelie Carmhagen Wernoff, Marcus Andersson, Johan Lyth, Elin Skeppstedt, Jonathan Seeskari, Jonna Berg and Maria Arnoldsson.
