Uppsala company Hansoft Technologies has been acquired by American Perforce Software.
Hansoft Technologies develops and provides a leading planning tool for large-scale product development. Their platform is used by technology-intensive companies within gaming development and the IoT sector. The sellers will now focus on their second company, Favro, which provides an application designed for management teams, consulting companies and other knowledge-intensive businesses, that want to start working according to the agile project management model.
