The Swedish government has decided to sell the pharmacy company Apoteksgruppen of Sverige Holding AB (AGHAB) to Euroapotheca UAB. The sale price of the shares in AGHAB is approximately SEK 1.7 billion.
Euroapotheca acquires 100 percent of the shares in AGHAB, including AGHAB's one-percent ownership in the affiliated membership pharmacies.
The acquisition is conditional upon the approval of the Swedish Competition Authority.
