Lindahl assists when Silver Weibull is sold to Small Cap Partners

The former owners of Silver Weibull Sweden AB sell all their shares to Small Cap Partners II. Small Cap Partners II takes over the ownership together with CEO and former partner Jonas Rolandsson. Silver Weibull develops and manufactures sugar centrifuges worldwide and generates total revenues of approximately SEK 90 million annually.

Lindahl assisted the sellers through Thorbjörn Wennerholm, Jenny Eliasson and Anders Lindgren.
