Humlegården established a new commercial paper program. The program with a limit of SEK 2 500 million is a good complement to Humlegården’s current funding through broadening the company’s financing base in a cost effective manner. The program has been arranged by Swedbank. Other issuing houses are Handelsbanken and SEB.
Lindahl acted as legal adviser to Humlegården and the team consisted of Dennis Hansson (partner), Annica Daleby and Frida Karlsson.
