Arctos Equity Partner has acquired 40 percent of the shares in PDS Vision, a leading vendor of software and system solutions for product development and aftermarket. The investment is in line with Arctos’ investment strategy which focuses on small and medium sized growing entrepreneurial companies with potential for international expansion. The investment makes Arctos the largest shareholder in the company.
Lindahl assisted Arctos Equity Partner in the acquisition. The team consisted of Olof Thorsell and Mikael Mellberg.
