Swedencare AB has acquired all shares in the Irish company Ecuphar Ltd, a company known under the brand NutriScience, from its Belgian parent company Ecuphar N.V.
Ecuphar is an Irish animal health company with an approximate turnover of EUR 3.5 million per year, acting on the European veterinary market. Ecuphar has a broad proprietary product portfolio in five therapeutic areas for dogs, cats and horses. Sales are conducted through a large number of distributors in Europe, Canada, China and the United Arab Emirates.
Swedencare develops, markets and sells prescription-free premium products for the global pet market. They offer a broad portfolio of premium products in animal health, distributed to veterinarians, pet stores and pharmacies through an effective distribution network in-house, supplemented with local retailers.
