Perkin Elmer Inc., a US listed life science company, has through a subsidiary, acquired all shares in Vanadis Diagnostics AB, a company developing a non-invasive prenatal diagnostic solution based on cell-free DNA. The founders, also some of the sellers, will continue to work in the company.
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to PerkinElmer. The team consisted of Lars-Henrik Andersson, Monika Hager, Fredrik Morfeldt and Johan Hörnberg.
