Bredablick AB will become the new owner Lamaro AB on 1 November, 2016. The acquisition means that Bredablick Group extends its business to new markets and business areas.
Bredablick Management is one of the fastest growing providers of management services and is a modern player on an otherwise traditional market. Lamaro AB has been active for almost 30 years, and specializes in facility management services. The portfolio includes, inter alia, cleaning services as well as technical and financial management of commercial customers and private property owners. Lamaro is a privately held company with around 120 employees.
Lindahl has advised the seller through a team consisting of Svante Liljedahl (partner, M&A), Johanna K Rugart (M&A) and Christer Hagberg (Labour law).
