Ikano Fastigheter has signed an agreement to acquire the Klipporna office in Malmö for SEK 1 billion, with access on June 30, 2016. The property is located at Hyllie station in Malmö and consists of three stages office, designed by Henning Larsen Architects, with parking in the basement and encompassing about 19,000 square meters of office space. Tenants are Ikano, IKEA, Skanska, Siemens and AAK. The property is pre-certified for LEED Platinum.
Lindahl has assisted Ikano in the transaction. Responsible partner for the transaction has been Johan Tollgerdt.
