The municipal real estate company Lulebo has entered into agreements with Nordhalla Fastigheter, which acquires 1,300 apartments with an underlying property value of SEK 710 million. Lulebo has previously, in the summer of 2015, sold apartments and properties for SEK 1.3 billion.
