The industrial group Söderbergföretagen J AB has acquired 95 percent of the shares in Focus Electronic AB from Focus Ljusreklam and Visionsbolaget S 2398 AB.
Focus Electronic designs and delivers complex and high-technological information systems for indoor and outdoor use regarding advertising, information, traffic and parking. The company holds the leading position in Sweden regarding Digital Signage (LED-displays) and systems for parking aid and has for example delivered the largest LED display in Europe to the Mall of Scandinavia. Focus Electronic´s turnover is approx. 50 MSEK.
Söderbergföretagen J AB is a family-owned group of industrial and trading companies and has similar business as Focus Electronic through the entities Blinkfyrar and Provia Vägmärkning with products aimed for traffic leading and traffic safety.
