Lindahl has assisted founder on the sale of FörvaltningsTeknik and EnergiTeknik to Delcea Invest.
In total, the two companies have about 25 employees and a total turnover of around SEK 35 million. EnergiTeknik was founded in the 1990’s by Lars Bondesson. The two companies does not have their own real estate portfolio, but manages the technical and financial organization of a large number of properties in Helsingborg city.
Delcea Invest was founded in the spring of 2016 to make investments in companies in the areas light manufacturing, distribution and real estate in the south of Sweden.
Lindahl's team consisted of Fredrik Karlsson, Svante Liljedahl and Pekka Lähdekorpi.
