Orica Sweden, a subsidiary of the Australian mining and industrial group Orica, has decided to invest in a new production facility in Gyttorp, Sweden. In the project, Orica has chosen to give renewed confidence to the consultancy firm Prevas, which will be responsible for, among other things, development and installation of control systems for the new facility.
Orica Mining Services in Gyttorp, Sweden, manufactures, develops and markets fuse material and bulk explosives for the mining and construction industries.
Prevas is a consultancy firm with a focus on embedded systems and industrial IT. The company is headquartered in Västerås, has approximately 600 employees and its share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Small Cap.
