Täljöhalvöns Fastigheter HB, owned by LO, Peab and Imprestor, has sold the development rights for 163 houses in the municipality of Österåker to NCC. NCC will build townhouses, semi-detached and detached villas in the area, which will become part of a new waterside neighborhood on Täljöhalvön in southern Åkersberga. The project to develop Täljöhalvön will include 7000 residential units.
