Lindahl assisted Poolia Sweden AB on the acquisition of the staffing and recruitment company Joblink Nordic AB in Malmö, Sweden. The acquisition is of strategic importance for Poolia and aims to further strengthen Poolia's position in Skåne region. Sellers were Aqilles Invest AB (main shareholder) and parts of Joblinks management team.
Lindahl's team consisted of Robert Asplund (lead partner) and Erik Lingsell.
