Lindahl advised Nordomatic in its acquisition of Powerit Solutions, a development and service company in the construction industry with a strong market position in the Malmo region. Powerit will be incorporated into Nordomatic Group, which after the acquisition will have an expected turnover of 300 million per year. Through the acquisition, the Nordomatic Group strengthens its position as the leading independent supplier of energy-efficient automation solutions for construction, installation and real estate.
