Lindahl has advised a group of investors consisting of Carl-Henrik Dahlqvist, Klas Arildsson and Jan Bengtsson in its acquisition of a golf course in Kristianstad, Sweden, which includes land of approximately 150,000 sqm. Kristianstad Golf Club, which was founded in 1924 and today has two 18-hole courses, will through the transaction get the opportunity to pursue its operations after years of financial problems.
The contract will enter into force after the members' approval at a membership meeting in January 2015.
Lindahl's team in the transaction consisted primarily of Johan Tollgerdt (lead partner), Annika Brandt and Andreas Lindh.
