Olink AB has transferred its Duolink® product portfolio to the US company Sigma-Aldrich Corporation. The Duolink technology is a tool for studying proteins in cells and tissues. The acquisition includes intellectual property, sales, marketing and manufacturing assets.
Lindahl acted as legal counsel for Olink AB together with Wiggin & Dana, who was local US legal counsel. Lindahl’s team consisted of among others Hugo Norlén (responsible partner, Life Science), Mattias Prage (Corporate Finance), Jonatan Seeskari (Life Science/Corporate Finance), Sofia Lysén (Corporate Finance) och Anna Romell Stenmark (Tax).
