Control Design and intelligent ergonomic technologies strengthen ABB's leading position for distributed control systems (DCS).
ABB, the leading power and automation technology group, has acquired the remaining shares in CGM AB to become the sole shareholder of the company. CGM, which is based in Borås, specializes in modern control room design and ergonomic solutions to maximize operator efficiency.
The acquisition complements ABB's offering with the latest technology to improve and streamline the control room, the optimal control design to advanced ergonomics and improved safety standards. An intelligent control design makes process control more efficient.
Lindahl's team consisted primarily of Mats Tindberg (lead partner), Peter Bäverlid, Christer Hagberg and Georg Dellborg.
