Panasonic Avionics Corporation will acquire all shares in private equity owned Tactel AB, one of Sweden's most successful developer of mobile solutions.
Panasonic Avionics, which is part of the electronics group Panasonic is a world leading provider of entertainment and communications systems for the aviation industry, based in California, USA. Panasonic Avionics has more than 4,100 employees at 80 offices around the world.
Tactel will operate as an independent unit of Panasonic Avionics and will continue to deliver solutions to its customers in media, mobile and financial services sectors. Tactel will also provide consulting services in software and design for Panasonic Avionics and its airline customers around the world .
Lindahl assisted Panasonic Avionics in the acquisition through Patrik Olivecrona (responsible partner), Carl-Johan Krusell, Zanna Kanlic and Karin Kjellström.
