The owners of Lagerberg’s, the poultry company, have concluded the sale of the business to Kronfågel Holding, part of the Scandi Standard Group. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Lagersberg’s is the third largest poultry company in Sweden. The company has a production volume of some 10 million chickens annually and a turnover in 2014 of approximately $ 300 million. The Lagerberg family founded the company in 1965, and has owned and operated company since inception. The company currently has 120 employees.
Lindahl advised the family Lagerberg family on the transaction. Lindahl's team consisted of Thorbjörn Wennerholm (partner), Jenny Eliasson, Vala Karimi, Sofia Grönesjö and Josefine Engbom.
