ÅF has acquired the EQC Group AB with subsidiaries from the previous owners.
Since its inception in January 2011, EQC has experienced strong growth and the company's turnover in 2014 amounted to approximately SEK 180 million with good profitability. Today, the company has over 180 employees in 14 locations in Sweden and Norway. EQC offers comprehensive infrastructure services to large and medium sized projects in road and rail. In addition, the EQC services include electrical, automation and mechanical engineering to industrial customers, through its subsidiary EQC Engineering.
Lindahl has advised the sellers in the transaction. Lindahl's team consisted of Johan Herrström (lead partner), Carl-Johan Krusell, Anders Lindgren and Vala Karimi. Johan Myrén and Filippa Andersson assisted on tax issues
