Lindahl advises Waystream Holding AB (publ) and selling shareholders in connection with the listing on Nasdaq First North and the issue of new shares and sale of existing shares in connection with the listing.
Waystream is a Swedish technology company that provides access switches for broadband networks (Fiber-to-the-home, FTTH), and was established in 2001 by employees from Bredbandsbolaget and Cisco. The company develops and sells advanced routers and switches that are used for fiber based networks. Waystreams products are used to deliver broadband services to consumers and enterprises.
The offering consists of a public offer to the public in Sweden and institutional investors. The offering comprises a maximum of 1,363,000 newly issued shares. In case of large interest in the shares, the selling shareholders have reserved their right to extend the number of shares that are offered by selling 250,000 existing shares. The selling shareholders have also undertaken to sell up to 204,450 additional existing shares to cover any possible over-allotment in connection with the offering.
The offering price has been determined to SEK 22 per share, corresponding to a market value of Waystream of approximately SEK 120 million. The prospectus was made public on 14 October 2015 and the first day of trading on Nasdaq First North is expected to be 12 November 2015.
