Christian Sundén

Christian Sundén is a member of Lindahl’s IP group. He joined the firm in 2014 and has been working in the field of intellectual property since 2012. Christian has gained significant experience in work related to trademarks, designs, copyright and patents and in drafting and negotiating IP agreements. Thanks to his degree in business administration, with focus on marketing, he is skilled in dealing with unfair competition issues as well.
Christian’s area of expertise is dispute resolution. He has successfully represented high tech companies before the Court of Justice of the European Union and has broad experience and deep understanding of different types of industries, including fashion, furniture, food, safety and security goods and the automotive industry.
From time to time, Christian lectures in intellectual property in the graphic design program at Malmö University. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA).
Christian was recognized as a Rising Star by The Legal 500 in year 2020 and by IP Stars in 2019 in the field of intellectual property.
