Lindahl's transaction business is one of the largest in Sweden, and it continues to grow. Apart from the Nordic transactions, we advise even at non-Nordic clients’ transactions in the Nordic countries and the Nordic clients’ transactions outside the region. Years of experience, broad expertise, project management and documentation capabilities enable fast, efficient and high quality transaction management. We often enter the process at an early stage to plan the transaction together with the client, and also identify the most important commercial and legal parameters. Based on this work we present a proposal with our recommendations for how the process should be controlled and managed. This includes all key factors, assumptions and cost. Our advice is characterized by proactivity and a direct and open dialogue.
The Corporate M&A group works closely to the other practice groups to ensure high quality legal advice combined with relevant and value-added industry knowledge. By combining our market leading industry expertise in areas such as life sciences and TMT with our transaction knowledge, we can create significant value for our clients, if we are acting either for the buyer, seller or the target company. The Corporate M&A group is also working with our specialists in areas such as labor law, intellectual property law, EU and competition, environment, real estate and tax.
As corporate M&A transactions are becoming more complex and the business environment is constantly changing, more is required of us as legal advisors. Therefore Lindahl often takes an active role in the development of products and services in the corporate finance area, whether it involves transactions, capital raising, industry knowledge or capital market issues.
